It was funny that the book was telling us a story.

The book is very interesting because it describes the book lonely book on the shelf which is using telepathic features to communicate with reader it's very interesting fun in witty I would definitely recommend it . My favorite character is the book because he has a fear of lows

Not as good I expected but quite funny!

I liked it but got kinda bored when the book started to talk to the kid telepathically overall great drawings and good characters. I'd recommend this book to my sister and 8 years up.

At the start I liked it but then it went down hill for me they just talked about how it's hard to be a book but ilastrations we're amazing it was a thrill to look at. I'd recommend this book to my sister Lucy and 8 and above children.

I think Richard Ayoade's funny book is a great time consumer with brilliant illustrations. I think it is a wonderful book for early readers but I feel that I am a bit old to be reading it.

I liked it when i read the part that said they said you should never judge a book bi it's cover the first part of the book is trying to explain why you should read a book

I thought it was great because it was the opposite of the title! In every page there are illustrations describing what’s happened. Really different book

4.5/5 stars. I was a bit worried that no one really did want to read this book, as nobody in my library had read it before me. Just kidding. It was AMAZING, full of action, drama, betrayal and battles! Just kidding, again. It’s not that kind of book. It’s truly a one-off. Written by a book. And the book is funny. If you’re looking for something unusual and funny, give this a try. So good.
